Should Lead Belly be credited as composer for this one?

Edit: Nevermind, I see that its origin is actually unknown. Lead Belly's was the earliest version I knew about.

I wish they'd gotten all the royalty / ownership stuff figured out to release a vocal collection for all the licensed vocal tracks they used. Devics' "Salty Seas" from the end of Season 2 Ep 4 is like, the best licensed track I've ever heard in a game ... both in context, and out of context.
